EVENT DETAILS:
  • Kayak for a Cure (TM) Pensacola
  • Saturday, June 8th @ 8am
  • Gulf Breeze, Florida at Shoreline Park South (Get Directions)
  • We will launch at Shoreline Park and paddle east to the National Seashore, which is approximately 2.8 miles, then return to Shoreline Park. The paddle will take approximately 3 hours.
  • No experience necessary (professional guides will provide instruction)
  • Gear and kayaks will be provided for participants that do not have their own
  • Paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes are welcome
  • Breakfast will be served prior to the paddle and lunch will be served following the paddle
  • Gifts will be presented to all participants and drawings for some great prizes will start after lunch

The 2013 date for the event is Saturday, June 8th. The event will be held at Shoreline Park South in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The event will begin with event day registration and sign-in at 7:00 AM. Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 AM and first launch at 9:00 AM. On-line registration is still open and we are planning a exciting, fun filled day of kayaking and raising awareness and funds for an important cause, the cure and eradication of cancer. We hope to see you there.

Note: If inclement weather results in unsafe conditions this event will be re-scheduled to Saturday September, 14th (all times/locations will remain the same).
